I ordered tickets a while ago (Receipt number: 2359592492750731). My confirmation indicated that I will get an email confirming the purchase and tickets will be mailed to my address. Neither has happened. Should I be worried? I have bought 4 tickets.

What does platinum, gold and silver category entail for the Rahul Deshpande concert? is it possible to select seats online when we purchase?
You will receive ticket with seat number at the venue. Seats are allocated on first come first serve basis while purchasing tickets.

why is the seat number not mentioned while buying the ticket? What if I get the last row corner seats? For other shows we go, we get to select the seats while doing the booking online
